45-day risk-free trial

Try Claria at home for 45 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return your device for a full refund of the product price — no questions asked.

How to return

• Email us at claria.audition@outlook.com with your order number to start a return.
• We will send you clear return instructions.
• Return the device in its original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.

1-year warranty

Your Claria devices are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. If a fault appears, we will replace the device free of charge.

Your statutory rights

Under EU and Irish consumer law you have a 14-day cooling-off period to cancel your order. Our 45-day trial is offered in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.
